Paint Pole Adapter

The Westcott Paint Pole Adapter is a simple solution for extending the height of your equipment on the go. It quickly converts a painter’s extension pole into a handheld boom, making it easy to extend the height of your light, light modifier, camera, or mic with a painter's pole. This compact adapter is made from a solid piece of aluminum and can hold a max load of 40 lbs. The extension pole adapter features a 5/8" baby pin with 1/4"-20 female thread on top and standard 3/4"-5 extension pole threads on the bottom. It also includes a built-in umbrella receptacle with tension knob for securing umbrella-based light modifiers. There are 2 set screw positions for secure attachment on various types of poles. This versatile adapter is ideal for city shots where using a light stand may require a permit, events, sports, and weddings. It’s perfect for wide shots, locations with uneven ground, and situations where light stands can’t be used.
