# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shopauralighting.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is owned and operated by JY Commerce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Aura Lighting ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

## 1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We make every effort to display our products and prices accurately. Product images are for illustration; actual color and finish may vary slightly depending on your display. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at that price, and to issue a full refund.

## 3. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full.

## 4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other authorized payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

## 7. Product Safety and Installation

Lighting products may require installation by a qualified electrician and must be installed in accordance with local electrical codes and the manufacturer's instructions. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, modification, or use of any product.

## 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Aura Lighting name, is owned by or licensed to JY Commerce LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names and brands referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

## 9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, or to submit false or misleading information.
