These are working so well! I needed some extra light on the stairs and there is no outlet for a nightlight. Once received, I quickly charged them & then hung them on the brackets that hold the railing on our stairs. Both lights work perfectly, they respond to movement when appropriate, have not needed any new charging, and the lights are nice and bright. I highly recommend.

I wanted a small closet night light with a hanging attachment and this is perfect. It has a motion detector so automatically comes on when I enter closet and it's not really bright which I prefer because I am usually fumbling around in the morning and still trying to wake up and don't want a super bright light.

Works fine as described for a time. A month or so after purchase one of the units no longer acts correct and will remain “on” even when in the “auto” setting. No way to contact seller. I would recommend avoiding.

Bought this light for the bathroom in our cruise ship cabin. Proved to be perfect for what we needed. We used the hook to hang it and stuck it to the metal door with the magnet that is on the back of the housing. The motion sensor was sensitive enough, but not too sensitive to be triggered by movement of the ship on ocean waves. Using the magnet in rough seas resolved that problem. No "on/off, on/off" throughout the night to disturb our sleep. It is small enough that it is easy to pack, but tough enough that I did not have to worry about it being broken by luggage handlers. Since I have been home I have been using it in my bedroom closet so I don't have to turn on the overhead closet light when my spouse is still sleeping. It holds a charge well; currently I only need to recharge it once a week with the included, but short USB cable. It has On/Auto/Off settings but no brightness setting. I have had this little light for about 3 months now and am still pleased with it. I would buy it again.

I originally purchased one light for an upcoming cruise to use as a night light. After charging the unit I placed it in my bathroom, hanging it on the shower curtain rod, and turned it on to the auto mode to test it out. I love it, it has a good range for motion detection, stays on for about 15-20 seconds, if you move within that range of motion it will turn on again. It's not super bright but that's what you want for a night light, bright enough to see what you need to, but not so bright that you have to squint your eyes & practically wake you up. I liked this so much that I purchased two more and will be using them now at home & the cruise. They have a hook and a magnet on the back so you can place them just about anywhere. Good to use for power outages, in a dark hallway, really anywhere you need some light when it's dark and no outlets available. I cannot say how long the initial three hour charge lasts since I'm still using it from the initial charge. Very happy with my purchases.

The light is smaller than I thought but I believe it will work for the purpose I bought it for.The most annoying thing that I find with products like these are the instructions. I will never understand why a Chinese company does not get an English-speaking person to write the instructions perhaps a translator! For example “ Charge the red light, full of green light” I think I can deduce what this means but I’m not sure! “Avoid put product near heat source” this I get but seriously! Then there is a whole paragraph about a magnetic absorber, but honestly I have no idea what it says, means, or how or why to use it! It might as well be in another language.Anyway I have to say I don’t have confidence in a product where the company doesn’t even bother to get a translator to write their instructions! (I mean just email it to an English-speaking person & ask for proper interpretation!!! ) I guess that’s where I lose confidence in a product! So far it is working, not as bright as I thought but bright enough to light up our cat enclosure, I think.

I got this for a storage closet that I need to read labels of stuff in. It's a nice addition to have a light in there. Don't expect this light to be a replacement for a powerful ceiling light or a even most lamps. It offers about as much light as a dim bed lamp used for reading at night. You won't be able to see and read everything in a closet when it turns on. You'll need to hold it and move it with you if you're looking for things at the top or corners. But it does do a good job lighting up the areas I usually need some light at. Good news is it lights up about half a second after open the door and holds a charge for a few months at a time. It also charges relatively quickly, which is nice.Overall I do recommend this. It's a good light that does what I was expecting it to do. If you're looking for a just a little lighting to help you find things in your closet without blinding you in the morning or night, this is it. Just know that while it's a good light, if you're looking for a powerful light, you'll want to look elsewhere.
