These are attractive, substantial lamps and they seem well made, but the “almond” color was not what I expected from the online photos. In person, the bases almond color has a definite warm peachy undertone. I would describe it as a peachy taupe/beige rather than a neutral almond. I was hoping for a lighter, warm neutral that would blend easily with cream and beige tones, but these had much more visual weight in my room. I spent several weeks trying to find coordinating colors that worked with the lamps, but the warm peachy undertone made them surprisingly difficult to match. If you’re expecting a light almond, based on the photos, be aware that the actual color may look considerably different in person.The shades are nice and have a subtle texture/pattern when the lamps are lit, which gives them more character than a basic plain shade. The size and traditional urn shape are also very nice.Unfortunately, base just didn’t work with my room, so I returned them

These lamps are beautiful. The navy blue is a true, rich navy color. The brushed brass base plate elevates the quality look. The white shade is a well-made shade and reflects the light. These are a nice addition to our master bedroom and makes the room look warm. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Very nice lamp that almost happy with. The website almond color looks more of a beige color. In my home, the almond color reads yellow the majority of the day. I debated on whether to keep the lamp pair but ultimately kept them because I got a really good price for them. I placed beige items on the end table to lessen the yellow gold color.

I looked for a set of lamps for so long that were the right shade of blue. When I found these and received them, I was so so happy and so excited. And I still am they’re currently in my living room and they are the beauty of the room. Very happy very very happy with my purchase.

I bought two of these lamps for my bedroom because I wanted something simple that wouldn’t look out of place with the rest of my stuff. Honestly, I was a little nervous ordering a lamp online (I’ve had some weird surprises before), but this one actually turned out really well.First off, it was super easy to put together. I’m not the most patient when it comes to assembly, but this took maybe ten minutes, tops. The instructions were clear, and all the pieces fit together like they should. I didn’t need any extra tools, which is always a win.The design is clean and modern, but not so trendy that I’ll get sick of it in a year. It’s tall enough to work as a reading lamp, and the shade gives off a nice, soft light that makes the room feel cozy. I’ve noticed it doesn’t glare on the TV, which is honestly a big deal for me.One thing I really like: the base is heavy enough that my cat hasn’t knocked it over yet, even with her best efforts. The switch is easy to reach, and it works with the smart bulbs I already had, so I can control it with my phone.If I had to nitpick, I’d say the cord is a little shorter than I’d like, so you might need an extension if your outlet is far from where you want the lamp.Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s affordable, looks good, and does exactly what I wanted. If you need a lamp that’s not fussy but still feels put together, I’d definitely recommend it.
