Table Lamp Shades……

Beautiful shade. I needed a large shade for my vintage Stiffel floor lamp to cover the arms underneath. Perfect size and color. I thought it might be too large but it fit perfectly.

The quality is good, color is nice. However, it was not easy to assemble. Still not even sure it’s put together completely/correctly.

This lampshade requires full assembly, as it arrives completely disassembled. The fabric shade comes rolled up, and the top and bottom rings arrive in several separate pieces that must be connected with small metal tubes. Although putting everything together took about 15 minutes, the process was fairly simple and the instructions were easy to follow.The only minor downside is that the frame feels somewhat delicate during assembly and came apart a couple of times while I was putting it together. However, once all the pieces were fully assembled, the structure became sturdy and everything stayed securely in place.The black exterior paired with the gold interior creates a gorgeous, warm glow and gives the lamp an elegant, high-end look. It completely transformed my space and looks much more expensive than it is. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and sophisticated lampshade.

If you can put together Lego or Ikea furniture, you can do this - it took me about 15 min. Two problems: the rings of the shade are silver - later I'll have to spray paint the rings bronze to coordinate with my base/harp. I also used a thin strip of clear Gorilla tape to reinforce the seam. I saw so many comments about the shade randomly coming apart lol. Anyway, my antique lamp looks great - totally satisfied with the results.

These were price and packaged well, are easy to assemble, the linen was as expected, the shades are sturdy, and a few extra parts for assembly were included. One thing to note is you will need a tiny phillips head screwdriver to assemble. Also, there is a very small amount of grease on the metal parts from the manufacuturing, so be sure to wash your hands after assembling the metal parts and before adding them to the shade. I am going to spray the shade with a couple of light coats of Scotch Guard to help keep them clean. These were perfect for the converted fire extinguishers made into lamps for my Chief's firefighter memorabilia room.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this lamp shade. Assembly was a tiny bit fiddly, but the components are solid feeling metal so it doesn’t feel cheap. The finished product looks great; gives a nice texture and a warm glow to the room. Great size too.

As several others have written in their review...I did realize this lampshade required assembly...but it's my fault for not reading reviews prior to purchase. For the price the lampshade is of adequate quality for the the lamp I needed it for. I LOVE the black/gold combination and it gives a nice warm glow when lit. The assembly is not difficult and I did watch the video prior to attempting and found it helpful...yes, it moves quickly so i kept pausing it but all in all it took me about 10 minutes to get it all together. Lampshades are ridiculously expensive and this one is of decent quality for the price...not sure if it is fabric? but it is a good buy for the price. My only complaint....as others have mentioned as well...is that the metal piece on the top of the lamp that goes on the harp is SO thick I could barely get a finial to attach and I tried several that I had...may have to just find a nut to fit more securely....also, another reviewer mentioned the white hardware on the black/gold lamp was annoying so she spray painted it gold...i may do something along those lines as it is quite noticeable but for now it works. Would definitely buy more of these shades for the quality and price point....plus it was kind of a fun project to put together!!
