Glass globe came broken on initial unpacking. Request return and placed another order for the same chandelier, and that packet came with two broken globes. This time decided to contact the seller who responded to my email quickly. Tell him about my frustration. They were able to send me out two additional replacement globes said it would take 14 days. It took only three pretty good considering coming from China. I had already put the chandelier together while waiting for the two additional globes to come so so when my stepdad installed it, the only thing he had to do was wire in place it. I ordered the 10 light, so it was pretty heavy. It did not come with instructions, but we youtube to how to install it. I guess it was worth the wait because it’s given what I wanted to it give… it has definitely elevated my room. Very beautiful birthday gift to myself. Order originally arrived March 16 for my birthday return the next day. Second order came March 18 just install today, April 2..
