Modern Mini Crystal Chandelier

This light is gorgeous. The crystals are solid and heavy. I was a bit concerned hanging it, but found it pretty easy. I can easily see how someone with bigger hands would have a problem tho!Took me about an hour to put all the crystals on, but I found a nice rhythm and it was done before I knew it.It's exactly what I wanted and I absolutely love it.

Great chandelier for the price. Arrived quickly and had great packaging. Everything was in the box and YouTube video helped me to put it together. This does not include the bulbs so I had already ordered some. So they came together. Looks nice and does not look cheap. It’s better price then any local store.

Lovely Chandelier. Beside very limited instructions in the box, the chandelier is fantastic! Nearly all parts and pieces were in good shape. A few flaws in the crystal but once it is hung and put together, you cannot see any of the slight flaws found on a piece or two of the chandelier. I am including some additional pictures and a video to help with the process of putting the chandelier together. It is definitely worth the price! A must have!!!

More than half of the teadrop crystals were damaged: some had cracks, divot chips, some had bubbles inside the crystals, some had hazy edges, some were cut so poorly it looked like a child cut the glass, some had jagged and chipped edges where top was drilled, one had a black speck in the crystalThe bar crystals were scratched, hazy, chipped (which had loose pieces of glass in my bedroom) and the majority of them had issuesThe base where the lights attach are crooked, so the lights are at different angles, instead of straight down... once I get the crystals hung, you probably won't notice that but not very quality!This thing comes with very poor instructionsThe base has "floating screws" that are very hard to figure out where they are to go through four holes to attach. Not a thought out design. Would have been very easy for them to make those screws fixed in the processing of the manufacturing but they designed it so they were floating, which is a real pain in the neck trying to put up on the ceiling!The screws they provide are too long. You have to run to the hardware store and buy screws that are half an inch shorter.They tell you not to touch any part of the light but only give you ONE cotton gloveThey do not provide a bag labeled with F, that is shown in the very poor instructions.Loose crystals, metal clasps, and metal screws are all thrown into a ziplock bag together!And to attach each of the crystal strings, which is a ton of them, you have to use a keychain ring through a little hole. All of this wearing gloves and without touching anything with your hands, to avoid fingerprints. And let me tell you, if you get fingerprints on the base, you cannot get them off, no matter how much you try! It's smears rainbow streaks... no matter what cleaner, no matter what cloth . It's terrible ! We had to wear surgical gloves , and the thumb tore. Cannot get the fingerprints off ! Not sure how hanging small keychain rings into a little hole can be done with gloves on but, we will seeUpdate after doing it... it says to start on the outside and work your way across but I found it easier to start with the middle one and then work my way outwards. Also, I did not attach the teardrop crystals until the very endWhat really Burns me up is that this lamp was missing parts, and also most of the crystals were damaged. I had to order a whole another light, which Amazon sent me but they scheduled a pickup for the first light to be retrieved the very next morning, after they promised me that they wouldn't. It was a nightmare. Amazon told me that UPS pickup would text me and I could cancel easily. That did not happen. They called me and left a message that they were on their way. There was no call back number nor did they provide a # or cancellation number... or reference number! Tried calling the number that they called me from and it was not a working number . Had to call Amazon and UPS.Long story short, after canceling the pickup, they still showed up pounding on my door to pick the item up. The light base was still attached to the ceiling, since I hadn't noticed the crystals were damaged until the electrian got the base up, & I got to that point to look at the crystals.They were packaged very well, each in a styrofoam hole, however, the manufacturer obviously was not careful with the crystals before they got placed into the packaging!They are poorly cut in the majority of crystals as wellThis company has no quality control, obviously.The light says made in China on the box. Looks like kids cut most of them. SadFor the price, I guess I can deal with the hassle that I've had to endure.The second light arrived... and I literally had to go through like 100 crystal raindrops in order to find subtible ones. Some were much better than others. It's a shame because if they had just provided good instructions, made the quality of the base better, and the crystals were in pristine shape, this light would have absolutely been a DREAM COME TRUE!Instead, it was a hassle, a lot of work, 2 lights worth of crystal sifting to find adequate ones, and the kicker is... i paid for 1 light but had to get 2 to even get 1 adequate one.Now that I've been able to piece two lights together, I finally have one that is suitable to keep, but I should not have had to go through two entire crystal chandeliers in order to piece together one good one.I paid good money for this chandelier and, it should have been perfect without me having to go through any extra effort!I would have given it a 2-star because of the hassle, all of the damaged parts and all the different phone calls that I had to go through in order to fight for the chandelier that I bought, for it to be adequate enough for me to keep it.Honestly, still not perfect but, after putting two lights together to make one good one, I can deal with it. Amazon did give me a $30 credit for the inconvenience but I don't think $30 off was ...

The finished product is amazing. But you have to string literally everything together. EVERYTHING!!!! It’s not difficult, but it will take time. The end result is exactly what you will be hoping for. Worth it!!
