well..truth is we will see.. i did install it today in doing so it is obvious its not built heavy duty like the alum lights of 10 plus yrs ago...i get 60 mph winds at least a handfull of times a yr..and rain so hard you cant see past 200 ft...if it ends up flying north..ill let you know...note i did not use the hoky mounting hardwhear...3'' ss screws with washers...

Simply superb. Very nice lights and very easy to assemble. I tried so many lights to see which one fits my pillars in the front yard, and these are perfect with low-voltage lights. It would have been nice to have a frosted glass, though.

Installed on brick column mailbox. Assembly required, but nothing difficult if you have some mechanical ability. People who were cut I'm guessing didn't have the proper tools. Normal bulb socket size. For the price, it's a nice light.
