These work great for my 3D printed lithophane lamp shades. As with all 3D prints that are in proximity of any heat emitting devices, use your best judgement and research filament heat tolerances.

I bought one then ordered another later to use with my red lights for red light therapy on my IVDD dog. The clips holds pretty good. I don’t see these lasting a long time as some time the neck already starts to sag with the brand of red light I bought. But it could also be the weight of the red light. But I clip this to my dog’s recovery suite and shine the light on her for 10-15 mins.

These are shipped in a plastic bag, so if it get banged around, just hope it will be fine. The clip is strong-ish, but heavier bulbs do NOT do good with this item. The neck is just not very strong, so my bulbs I got (grow bulbs) are too heavy for this, and there's no way to make it point forward. Also, the neck isn't as flexible as you think it would be - doesn't bend much at all, especially backwards. Just really disappointed at the limited usability of these. It works though - the light powers fine, so if you want to point an open uncovered, light bulb at some place, this will do the job. If you need it to carry a heavier bulb or point light in an interesting direction, look somewhere else.

OMG. That is it! I bought this to hang my security camera bulb(bought at Amazon) upside down or even upward. I hang inside my bedroom by the closed/opened window towards the driveway and street to catch predators, stalkers, bully neighbors harassing me, vicious dog in the bldg trying to attack residents. You have to build a case with abundant pattern and evidences. This is perfect for your camera bulb if you can't or not allowed to do drilling. And this item even have a hole on the top of the clamp, so you put a small hook in this hole to hang without needing to use the clamp that needs specific surface to use the clamp, it's a kind of very hard to open the clamp that needs both hands and still struggling. With or without hole, the item is great. Very versatile.

Update: I've had these for over a year. I needed a reliable plug-in lamp. No batteries or rechargeable leds. These simple lamps are great i have a smart bulb in both, I keep them on & flip a toggle switch in my rack & I get the perfect amount of light. I work all day 10-12hrs. Then I turn them off & repeat. The lamps are plugged into a professional power brick. The lamp will probably work in almost any environment. And being that you plug them in & can use whatever bulb you like, provide as much light as you need. Have a bright day. Ha! 5/5 stars.
