Love this thing! we have an older lantern that even on bright you had to sit close to see. This Internova 2000 lit up an entire large room. Simple to use, easy to load batteries, nice rubber non-slip grip. Far exceeded our expectations.

This was a gift for a friend who is sight impaired and during a recent power failure had difficulty moving about. She found it to be light and easy to carry or place on a room central table for optimum 360 lighting. I thought the price was reasonable, the lantern was well made, and the function was exactly what was needed.

The flashlight was as described..put batteries in and it was very bright I liked that it has low an high setting and Hazzard flash mode.🙂

This lantern has a bright light and I am very satisfied with it. I've used battery operated lanterns at my storage unit for years and have always been happy with them. I just kept spare batteries on hand at the storage. I already had a rechargeable lantern at home, but I wanted a battery operated lantern at home also, so that it can always be ready to go instantly with a change of batteries, when necessary. No waiting for the lantern to recharge. Although my rechargeable lantern is good quality, I wasn't impressed with the amount of time the lantern shown brightly before it needed to be recharged, compared with the amount of time battery operated lanterns work before needing new batteries.So it's nice to have both varieties of lantern on hand.
