Nice light. Quality seems good but wanted outlet on left side as advertised. No way to change. We decided to keep but disappointed that it was not as shown.

I purchased two of these. They came in in a timely manner, well packaged. Seemingly robust construction, but time will tell. I installed first light, worked beautifully, even the GFCI. (I did have to cycle the test and reset on the gfci to get it work, but only once.) Installed 2nd light, no light. GFCI worked fine but no light. Thought maybe wiring, swapped lights (dual light porch). Same, the good one worked bad one- no luck. Went through vendor who referred me to Amazon for replacement, fine. Amazon sends out replacement. Arrived next day, nicely packaged, installed - no light GFCI works as described. Reach out directly to Amazon this time, must refund as it's a repeat issue. So now I just turn this busted one in and get refund and try again. Buyer beware.

This was such an easy change I wish I had done it years ago. Light looks great, quick to install and the outlets will come in handy.

Bottom line - the unique GFI outlet feature makes this purchase worth it, as long as you plan to use that outlet feature and the person installing this unit is handy and can work around a few of the design shortcomings.Pros:The GFI outlet on the unit is great for plugging in our patio string lights.The directions were very clear and comprehensive.All the parts were labeled appropriately.The illustrations were clear and easy to follow.The quality of the material is good - not great, but it feels sturdy and adequate for the use.Cons:The wires were not tinned out of the package, so my husband had to do that himself. While not a deal breaker, it would have been helpful to already have that done.The housing of the light that goes against the clapboards is really long, so when it extends over the lower clapboard, it creates a pretty sizeable gap. The size of the gap seems ideal for hornets or bees to nest, so we will be keeping an eye out for that. It would have been better to include a small screen or grill in that space to prevent animals from nesting.The manufacturer could have included bigger wire nuts because the wire nuts that were included didn't cover the entire strip of copper.The rubber washers that were included were not nearly thick enough for the intended purpose of closing the gap between the nut and the housing, and so my husband had to fashion his own washers.

This "Pia Ricco Outdoor Porch Lights with GFCI Outlet" is quite nice.It seems to be well made and nicely finished.It was easy to install, and it went up without a hitch.I like that it has the GFCI outlets build into the base... it's a great added feature!It's turned out to be quite handy, when I'm working in the front yard.FYI, I have a corded electric lawn mower, so, having the GFCI outlet is great!I just have to REMEMBER TO TURN THE FRONT LIGHT ON, when I want to cut the grass!(The 13Amp mower might even have run a bit faster, 'cause I was able to eliminate an extra 25' extension cord from the line.)This "Pia Ricco Outdoor Porch Lights with GFCI Outlet" is well made, it works well, and, it looks good, too!I like it.

This light is large, heavy and very well made. The glass is thick as well as the metal. The GFCI plug-in is installed very solidly. There is an epoxy type sealer on the connections of the GFCI just in case any water did get into the plug area. The GFCI plug is good quality and not a cheap knock-off. There is a lid that is flipped up to expose the receptacle for use. The receptacle being on the side of the light instead of the bottom will help keep them from falling or being pulled out of the receptacle. Definitely a 5 star review for this porch light.
