I looked for a long time to find the right modern vanity light and I’m happy where I landed. The light is very nice, especially for the price. The multiple temperature settings are great to choose from. I can’t speak to how it dims as I didn’t install to a dimmer switch, but installation was super easy to do myself. The chrome is super mirrored, which is awesome (trying to find something that wasn’t brushed was harder than I thought!).My only complaint is that the light itself is very directional (downward). The chrome edge band completely wraps around the light strip, so it doesn’t light up the entire room the way a light with more “exposed” lighting would. It is not ideal for my small one-light bathroom. But I also still like it enough that I won’t be changing it out.It’s so nice and square that I should also probably warn you that it will call out everything in your bathroom that is imperfect and not level. I learned today that my gigantic mirror, and therefore my countertop, are not level. So a lot of eyeballing was involved to make it look right. But if your house wasn’t built by a Neanderthal with a hammer in 1980s Florida like mine, you should be fine.
