Absolutely beautiful light! I put a candlelight flickering bulb in it, and looks absolutely amazing on my back porch
Looks good in person, glad we chose this. BUT, on one out of three the glass came broken. Had to get a replacement. We bought these in advance for a construction project, so it is a good thing we checked the glass in advance of our installation date, otherwise the return window would have expired. When you open the box, do it outdoors or on a sheet ... the styrofoam is very flakey and it will go everywhere. We recommend an oblong yellow light bulb with low lumens, otherwise the light will be too concentrated in one spot on the globe.

We purchased six of these lights to replace all the outdoor lighting on our home with a siding refresh. We purchased two sizes depending on the type of door and location, larger for the garage, front entryway, and by the back slider, smaller for the two single door entrances. The look is exactly as we hoped, and the quality is excellent. The glass is very thick, and yes, really glass, and the overall structure is very sturdy. One thing to note, which we did and measured before purchasing, has to do with where you use them. Because we measured, we were able to devise a workaround, so made our purchase. If you have an eave over them, and you do not have enough clearance, you won't be able to lift the glass out all the way, or possibly enough depending on where your mount is located, to replace the lightbulb. For us, that meant the back slider and the front entryway doors. Our workaround was to purchase the cylindrical lightbulbs, noting that despite not being able to remove the glass, there was enough space to lift it and there was enough room at the corner area between the metal bars for them to fit. Not so with your standard shaped bulbs.
