Product arrived as described and while we did not make final electrical connections since we are in the midst of a masonry project, we are excited that there is a great form factor and variable temperature from 2700 to 5000 to match our existing lighting!

High quality fixture. The led unit is suitable for wet locations. Plastic housing will not corrode. Included grate is sturdy and will not bend easily. The included waterproof wire nuts were a nice surprise.

Had a brick mason remove two of the earlier metal step lighting units that had failed due to severe metal corrosion. These were mounted in an exterior brick veneer planter box. These new LED units not only offered a corrosion resistant solution but the sealed protective box also offered added weatherproof integrity. The switchable option for CRI lighting color schemes is a great plus as an added feature also.

I had to replace my 2 old CFL downlights next to my backdoor (long story involving stripped screws) and went with these LeonLite 3CCT 'down' lights, or 'step' lights, or 'brick' lights as they may be listed in various places.Getting the old light fixtures out was a long job but these new ones were actually pretty easy to install. I compared the old 9w CFL lamps to these LED lights in terms of lumens and 'warmth' and left these new ones set at the mid-range 3000k setting and after comparing the light put out, these LED's throw a slightly less yellow light that is also slightly brighter in terms of lumens, so that's a plus for lighting up the area.The installation of the first one took about 90 minutes because I had to figure how to remove the old fixture from the outside wood wall, but the second one took about 45 minutes from removal of the old one to finished new installation. The hardest part was getting the line wires tucked back in the box but other than that, it wasn't all that difficult. The only warning I can give is make darn sure that you have everything installed the way you need it before putting on the little screw caps that hide the faceplate screws. I wasn't paying attention (it was just starting to rain) and installed the first one with the grill louvers facing up (not that hard to do), put the caps in place, then noticed it and had to pry out the caps - not easy if you don't want to ruin them - flip the grill, then reinstall the screws and caps.I can't say anything about durability or LED light longevity, but they look pretty nice and certainly do the job I need them to do, so I'm happy about choosing these (yeah, spend $100 for 2 new lights because a couple 10 cent screws on the old fixtures rusted in place and stripped!).

This is a dimmable LED step light with 3 color temperature settings. It comes with a plastic casing the light and a nice metal front cover there are also some screws and a template included as well. The light color temperature switch is located on the back side of the light and this led light is suitable for outdoors. The directions were good and it has a three-year warranty. I have not use the dimmer on the light itself. Although it looks very nice it seems a little high in price.
