I’m in love with this lamp! The first one I received was off-center when assembled. I knew it was worth the chance to try again. The second lamp is perfect! Absolutely what I wanted for the entryway. The photo shows it with a 4 watt bulb; but it looks just as beautiful with an led 60 watt. I could not be happier with my purchase.

I bought 2 of these lamps - they shipped separately and on different days. They are elegant looking and I very much liked how they looked on the buffet. The 1st one was a breeze to install and would give it 5 stars. Different story on the 2nd one. The fineal would not screw straight onto the harp. I tried many times - it seems the threads did not match the threads on the fineal and as a result was very crooked. It would not sit flush on the top part of the shade therefore after tightened the shade was crooked. I had to fool with the harp so the fineal would sit right. The fineal isn't 100% straight but not noticeable if you're not staring at it. Also I just noticed there were 2 very small chips in the back corner of the base. I would give this lamp 2 stars. So if this manufacturer has a quality assurance dept, they failed on this lamp.

I ordered the lamp in the photo on this listing, but received this lamp in my photo attached.Fortunately it is my color scheme and is perfect for my credenza. So I decided to just keep the wrong lamp. I have several turquoise accents in my home. Very nice!!

I've been searching for a narrow lamp to set on the secretary in our foyer. But it needed have a low center of gravity because there is a lot of traffic through the doorway. This tall lamp fills up. the space and is weighted perfectly at the base to be stable. The reviews mentioned the pole could be tilted. I was careful during assembly to line up the threads and my lamp is perfectly vertical to the table top. I did fiddle a little bit with the finial, it is designed with uneven leaves the could make it appear to be off, but with a little fuss, that creates a clean line.The only thing that I would be cautious about is the plug is not real secure and a little bump can knock it out of the wall. If you have young children, this may be concerning.

I was hesitant to order a new lamp because I loved the one I had (which was broken). This lamp met all my expectations of quality and attractiveness. The lampshade is very attractive and the base is weighted. The weighted base is important because it keeps the lamp from being easily knocked over.

I needed to replace 2 buffet lamps that were on my entry console table. They were very old and the lampshades had holes burned in them from touching the light bulbs. I looked at a gazillion lamps before settling on these. They are beyond my expectations. So easy to assemble and beautiful on my console. They’re bigger than my old lamps but they still look great. Love, love, love them!

Was a little apprehensive about ordering this lamp because of some of the negative reviews. I know it is possible with anything man made to get a defective item, but the lamp I received was perfect. The alignment was straight and the shade beautiful (it's gold in color with a slight iridescence and a white silk-look liner). It is very easy to assemble (took less than 10 minutes to unpack and assemble). The cord runs through all pieces and they are packed in styrofoam to make a smaller box. There are three sections: one with the bulb base, the pole with the openwork decoration, and the base. You just screw the sections together, pull the cord tight, add the harp to the top and put the shade on. It is a lovely lamp for the price and perfect for what I needed. I have it on a cherry console table in my entry hall, it's tall, gives a lovely soft light and it's exactly what I was looking for. Ordering two more for my dining room buffet.
