30W LED Flood Light Outdoor

Replaced two halogen larger outdoor fixtures with these. These fixtures are smaller but provide more light than the halogen fixtures. They have been operating outside in South Dakota every night for a year now in very cold and very warm climate conditions. They are still operating perfectly and at a large saving from lower electricity use. Should a new need arise, I would not hesitate to buy additional ones.

I’ve installed a few of these and I think they’re great. They’re smaller than the other ones I used to buy form another companyso they’re less noticeable on my commercial buildings and just as Bright!

Works. Pretty bright at night - a bit more light than I wanted. Much lighter and compact than the halogen one it replaced. Personally I would have liked a on/off switch on the unit, but i realize that ups the complexity a lot. I have 3 lights on the same switch - and this one is for my grill only, so it would be nice to shut it off locally. It also seems to throw a taller(?) beam than my halogen - some might like that - my neighbor probably won't...

I installed this light over a year ago. It is bright and has a good beam pattern for my application. Despite being subjected to the harsher, higher-altitude climate in which I live, it has had no failures in the photo detector and no visible reduction in brightness.

We have a lighted sign for our business that was originally lit on each side by halogen lights. I had replaced the bulbs in them with LED bulbs that I found, but they were not as bright. These were an easy replacement and provide way more light.

I received several calls, emails and complaints about a 100 watt light I had electricians install to light my flags and flagpole!I was surprised at the nature of the comments. It’s not a secret that I fly flags to acknowledge birthdays and dates of passing within my family and my wife’s family. From our grandparents all the way to kids of our nieces and nephews and for close friends too. This covers a total of six generations, and the ‘fun’ task has become an effort — more than I thought it would be. But it is worthwhile indeed. There is a greater knowledge of family, and an improved appreciation of our ancestors. This helps kids know “from whence they came.”By replacing the 100 watt light with this 30 watt fixture, the complaints stopped! This light is brighter than most 30 watt units. The pure, bright light casts a stunning amount of whiteness, just less light than the former 100 watt lamp. I have to say I am very favorably impressed with this unit. (BTW, this unit includes a dusk to dawn sensor, something the 100 watt unit did not have. No ugly sensor/switch hangs onto this lamp, as it did with the 100 watt unit.)If you need a spotlight to improve your security system, or just want to cast a bright light on your yard or an outside wall at night, this unit is bright enough to meet your needs, at least in most cases, IMHO.
