I ordered this fountain for our backyard, and like previous orders I had some minor chips in the paint, so I contacted Sunnydaze and explained what happened and they sent me a brand new fountain, and when I asked how they would like me to return the original order, they said there was no need for that, and to just touch up the paint on the original order, so now I have a fountain for both our front and backyard! it’s rare to find customer service like that today so thank you!!!! I would definitely buy from them again!

We purchased this fountain to be placed in front of the house to highlight our rose bushes. Would I buy this product again? YesPros: Observations and recommendations:• Looks as Advertised: The product’s appearance matches the advertised images.• Easy Assembly: Putting the fountain pieces together and assembling them is straightforward.• Functional and Reliable: The fountain operates as expected once filled with water.• Weather Resilience: It is heavy enough to withstand light, windy weather conditions.• Undamaged Delivery: The product arrived in a non-punctured box with no broken or missing parts.• Smart Functionality: We utilized a wireless timer for full functionality, allowing us to turn it off and on while preserving the motor.Cons:• Secure Assembly:o The fountain tends to fall apart when moved as a whole unit, even with two people carrying it. Consider better securing mechanisms.o Use shims to balance the fountain from top to bottom, especially the upper part.• Water Flow Adjustments:o The water doesn’t immediately reach the peak of the fountainhead; adjustments are needed multiple times.o The fountain’s design seems intentional—it reaches its crest and flows over just enough to connect with the lower parts, creating a fountain effect.• Assembly Challenges:o Be cautious when fitting the plastic holes; they can become tight and bend, disrupting water flow.o The hose connecting the top part can bend and constrict water flow, affecting the fountain’s functionality.• Motor Considerations:o Long-term fountain usage may lead to motor faults. None of the tiers fit someone had sanded off all the connecting spots even the door to access the pump

This is a beautiful fountain and works great.

The fountain looks good and operates well. Only thing I'm pretty disappointed in is the paint started coming off in the bowls within a weeks time. The paint bubbles up in the water and flakes off little by little. And the main hose from the pump to the top bowl was almost too short. Managed to get it to work but the pump dosn't sit on the bottom.

This fountain is absolutely beautiful. It is the pefect height for the area we put it. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a gorgeous fountain in their yard.
