Color is wrong, instead of wood looks like redish plastic.Update: saler resolved problem within a couple of days. Thanks for standing by ur product.

Little tlc and I got it looking good.... looks a little fake when took out ot the box... ended up taking it apart and staining it and looks pretty good now if I could give half a star i would give 3 1/2I have 8 ft ceiling and I had to shorten chain a pretty good chunk, otherwise would have hung to low even over a table...

Be prepared to assemble. It's not that difficult but it is slightly time consuming and much easier with 2 people.One glass "globe" shattered during install. Company was incredibly easy to work with, friendly and sent me 3 replacement globes!

Only real problem is the instructions are horrible, just one page with a poor drawing. But the light came out better than I expected. I ended up using black zip-tie mounts with black zip ties and black wire nuts to hide the wiring. My ceiling is slanted so I used a black zip tie in the chains to adjust one side shorter than the others. Definitely will need a dimmer switch since 8 bulbs put out way more light than I need.

This is a beautiful chandelier!!! You have to install each lantern thru the wheel, and then tie all 16 (8-hot, 8-netural) and a ground wire, and tuck into the shallow cover. Very difficult, but do-able if you have the patience. It took me and my husband over 3 hours to install. Some bolts/screws were a little short or the threads weren't perfect and needed a bit more "persuasion." Customers Service was great. We had a piece of glass broken upon arrival, and after talking with them they quickly sent a new one in it's place. Thank goodness it wasn't like some places that make you return the whole item!
