I really like the classic bling with a modern shape. It adds a lot of glam to my dining room. Putting this together was a little tricky. Instructions don't mention some of the screws and pictures don't fill in the gaps. Had to just keep trying different options till I figured it out. Adjusting length is difficult too. The links are very hard to open.

So it is beautiful but an important large crystal was damaged and there were no extra. They give you extra on some of the smaller crystals. We had to build a scaffold to install this on our back stairs and we were NOT going to dissemble and return once we got to hanging the crystals and discovered the issue. I called amazon to see if the seller could send us the crystal. After a chat that took TOO long the customer service was like we are seeing you another chandelier, no need to return the original. So my issue was fixed but I think this is so unfair to the seller who lost an entire product when they could have just sent me a large crystal. So now I have another chandelier, sitting in a box on my office floor, missing a large crystal. Not sure what we will do? But the one in the back stairs hallway looks fantastic! Had to buy a dimmer because it was a lil too bright, otherwise EXCELLENT!

I’m very picky and particular on certain purchases. So I searched and searched and searched. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to purchase this chandelier. It is absolutely gorgeous. Installing assembly was very easy
