I purchased these lights to replace the outdated fluorescent lights in my garage. Surprisingly these are very bright! They are easy to install with included installation hardware. Very happy with this purchase!

These are Super Brite. That being said a worth while addition to lighting. By themselves they are flimsy but adding to a Backer Board they rival any shop light out there. The Five foot cords give you more flexibility for installation. And the inline switch is an add plus.

So I own a small tropical fish breeding business and was looking specifically for 6500k spectrum aquarium lights that will support the growth of our best selling plant floating dwarf water lettuce these lights seemed to not only fit the bill but were extremely budget friendly shipping was fast and strikingly no damage to any lights had happened all 4 worked great they are extremely light but for my needs that is perfect the main reason I am leaving a 5 star review is I have had no flickering or dark spots you could install them with dental floss they are so lightweight AND I just had one I was moving fall into the water and submerge almost a foot up the end that has an open 110v plug receptacle while it was plugged in and on I grabbed it as fast as I could but it was under water for nearly 6 seconds and that was a week ago and it never caused any issue or electrocute the nearly 500 guppy fry that were in the tank .......I told my partner we would have to order more lights as I ruined one but I was delighted by the fact I was wrong even though we will still be ordering more for our next expansion!!!

The build quality of these lights is definitely on the cheap side of the spectrum. They are all plastic (and pretty thin plastic at that) and they lack any type of hood or casing. However, no complaints at all about performance -- they light up a room with ease. The 6500K light temp also works great for seed starting, which is the primary way I use these.The units can be easily linked together. I also like that each light comes with a chain and S hooks (in addition to wall anchors for a flush mount). The on/off switch on the cord is also a useful feature that is often lacking in these types of LED shop lights.While these will not stand up well to any sort of bumping or hits compared with more expensive units, once they are hung up they are typically out of harm's way. Thus, I won't mark it down for build quality issues. A good value lighting kit that performs well.
