The lights were very easy to install and look GREAT! You do need to ensure that you wire the positive and negative wires correctly to your inverter.I used one light on each stair and they are VERY bright. They definitely lighten the deck and help make the stairs a little safer to use at night.They do stick out a little further from the steps then I would prefer, but I haven't had an issue so far with hitting them when walking down the stairs.

These work fine unless exposed salt spray or salt water. The mounting plate is steel and will corrode quickly under marine environments.
