The lamp is real glass and the rope is pretty thick. It has a little bit of weight, so I did have to buy heavier hooks at Ace. The lightbulb kinda just pulls through and the glass shade just hangs on the light bulb so it does kinda move around. I like that there is a dimmer and it is super cute and works well. However, it is a bit on the smaller side. It puts off a decent amount of light; but you will definitely need other lamps in the room.

Cutest pendant lamp, will fit the spot soo nicely once I finish painting. The lamp is a little small, 8.6 inches across but so cute and functional the light that it comes with has the most beautiful warm light. It fades from bright to very dim with the easy to use knob. Beautiful amber color with a bit of a shine. Very contemporary or mid century modern. Would definitely recommend for cute bedroom lighting. Thinking about buying two more to free up night stand space.

We added this plug-in pendant light to our playroom reading corner and it’s absolutely adorable (see photo). The pink glass has a soft, vintage feel and gives off the prettiest warm glow without being too bright.I love that it’s plug-in—no hardwiring needed—and the cord length made it easy to hang exactly where we wanted. Great light, easy to install. The wiring adds a cute little flair. I like the ability to dim the lights. The edison bulb included gives on nice warm light. The sage green does turn the room a little moody, so I'm interested to see the tone with other lights. Would definitely buy again
