It is a beautiful fountain but takes some significant time and effort to work properly. It must be leveled. Also, the solar panel has to draw a lot of direct sun to drive the water pump. So, on overcast days or if you home or trees block the solar panel from direct sunlight then the fountain doesn't work. A product improvement would be to include a battery between the solar panel and the pump. Wish I had the specs to do this on my own. I've written the company on this but they have not responded.

We love it. It makes such a difference in out back patio and pool and garden. Just the right height and looks like concrete. The sound of the water trickling is perfect.The only thing I wished it would have would be some Solar lights. We did buy some battery submersible LED lights and they say they last 100 hrs. We will probably get some Solar soon. It truly is very easy to put together and as you use it the battery kicked in.It worked out because we set it up at night and the pump was working right away. I would recommend this fountain to anyone. Good price.

My backyard needed a little something, so I bought this product with the hope that it would enhance the aesthetics without increasing my electric bill.I was not disappointed, at least when it came to the design and color. However, I encountered an issue with the pump, as it wouldn't work. So, I decided to call their customer service number, and I must say, they were very friendly and helpful. They offer several guides to help resolve any issues you may come across. The customer service representative, whose name I can't recall, even offered to connect me to their Quality Control department for further assistance.The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and knew exactly how to help. It turns out that if you don't allow enough slack in the cord, due to the length of the hose, the pump gets pulled out of the water.Now that everything is working great, I'm very happy. Not every company is willing to go the extra mile, but they certainly did. The fountain has been running for a few days and everyting is still working perfecty.
