I have had this light for a couple of years. It is sturdy and offers different options as far as light tones. Just a warning the yellower the light, the hotter the light gets. Keeping it at white light does not have that affect. Functions nicely, easily adjustable. Best investment. Used it as a lamp for the longest time.

Everything still works, 4 years later, except I guess the most used knob officially broke! See the pic for reference! I’m trying to think of a creative way to keep my phone in place because everything still works besides that! If they sold replacement parts, I’d easily order it! I don’t want to order a whole new light

Everything about this light is excellent for this price point, except one thing. I only wish the power cable to the power supply brick was longer. It tends to hang and put pressure on the connection, so I always have to strap it to the stand. I love the light temperature control, and it has plenty of brightness. When I want to soften the light a bit, I shine it through a piece of white rip stop nylon, and it works great. You could also just use a white sheet, but that might block a little more light. Great for zoom meetings, too.

Even more impressive than the quality is the level of customer service. This is a great product, which I bought for photos and video for my website and youtube channel.This is the replacement of the first one I purchased. After a delay in shipment due to the pandemic, it finally arrived only to find it didn't work. It was disappointing.I emailed customer service and immediately -I mean within minutes - Lynn responded. She apologized for the inconvenience and said she would email me on Monday when she returned to work. Sure enough, she did. She offered a 99% discount code and asked that I NOT return the faulty product to amazon because she didn't want to take the chance that it be sent out again to a new customer. She took care of me and took care of you.It was the best exlerience of customer service I've ever had :)
