2 out of 3 lights arrived broken so I ordered a replacement. 1 out of 3 were broken in the replacement shipment. Between 2 shipments I FINALLY was able to build one complete set of three and I returned the 3 that were broken.Adjusting the cord length, removing the excess, and stripping the wires is easy enough for anyone who's done any amount of simple electrical work before. You do have to be careful a when making the connection to your homes souring however because there's only a single fine green (or black) strand identifying hot and ground wires.Attaching the globes is a bit of a challenge because if you drop them it's all over! It takes a great deal of caution and some patience!

Very nice light/style, but I thought the cord was a solid rod. No rod, just the cord hanging it from the ceiling.

Very attractive & provide good light. I use regular LED bulbs so can choose the best lighting option for the room. Great price & no trouble reported by handyman with install. (I don’t do ladders anymore.)

when it is up it looks elegant ,but it is a little difficult to install, and the glass were fragile so easy to break it, I broke one and had to order another light to match. The customer service of this company is amazing they offer solutions for customers satisfaction, would buy again.
