This works great in my small coat closet that was converted to a pantry; however, since I open and close the door a lot the battery only lasted 2 weeks. That is not a problem for me because it really helps light an otherwise dark area.It really is a great light, bright and reliable.

We installed the light in our pantry and we love it! The installation process was super easy. The light is bright and works every single time we open the pantry door. The magnet is strong to keep it in place. Removing it to charge it is super easy too! Great value for a great product.

The package arrived on time and well wrapped. Installation was easy. Hubby had it installed in less than 5 minutes! It is chargeable and comes with the charging cord. You will need the converter to use a wall plug. Directions say it will take 12 hours to charge and I think it was an accurate estimation. I was really surprised at how bright this light is! It lights up the whole closet with no problem. It is motion activated, so I watched to see how sensitive it is to motion. I had the closet door open about 2 inches and the light came on! It turned off when the door was closed as well. The booklet says the light will stay charged about 3 months, but I’m guessing it will stay charged even longer since we don’t use that closet much. I would highly recommend this light to family and friends.

Just installed these lights over the weekend. Very easy to install and the instructions are fine. The light is a bit on the bluish scale (5000K) so they do not make good accent lights, definitely not "soft white". However, I just needed a closet, that's always dark, to be lit up, and these lights fit the bill perfectly. I used a pair of them for a large hall closet. Very white, bright, even light, no shadows or lighting artifacts.. The motion sense works great, and a plus is that the light won't come on when the closet door is shut, only when I open the door. I would say these lights are perfect for a closet, pantry, storage room, anywhere you need a bright, clean light. I would definitely buy these again.

So far so good. Bought it to replace another battery powered light for my closet that broke, This one is a lot brighter plus I like that it's rechargeable rather than having to replace batteries. Only received it a week ago. Seems great for now. Will update laterUpdate: Battery charge seems to only last about a few weeks before you have to recharge it again. Wish you were able to adjust how long the light stays on for when triggered. I have mine on a stairway and only need it for about 10 seconds. If I were able to change it from 20 seconds to 10 it would likely longer before I have to recharge it. Unfortunately you can't adjust the timer.

This light is just what I was looking for. I'm using it in a small walk-in closet that has no electrical light installed. It has frustrated me for years that I am not able to clearly see even with the bedroom light on. I don't know why I didn't purchase a light sooner, but this WhitePoplar rechargeable motion sensor light is perfect! Very bright! Lights up the entire closet so I'm able to see everything in it. I read some of the negative reviews, but there are much more positive reviews. Not to mention that this is an Amazon preferred product, which usually means it's going to be reliable in most cases. First I installed the mounting bracket, which was very easy using a cordless drill, a hammer to set the screw mounts, and a Philips screwdriver. Then I charged the light overnight. It is recommended in the product page that it takes 12 hours to charge. It was less for the initial charge, but it did take a while for the red charging light to turn green. Then I just set the light on the mounting bracket and locked it into place. I set the light on night mode as my preference. This allows for the light to not turn on if there is enough ambient light available during the daylight hours even if motion is detected. The light turns on as soon as I start to open the closet door and turns off 20 seconds after I close the door, just as the product description states. As for the issues other buyers have had with the light, I will monitor it for any negative signs. But at this point this WhitePoplar rechargeable motion sensor light is operating just as described. I love it!
