I used to have Blink and those cameras developed an issue customer service could not resolve. So I swapped to Aosu utilizing these units, their indoor and their flood light version. This version is fantastic. Solar panel charges it to 100% every day rain or shine, 20 below 0 or 105 degrees. Video quality is great and having an SD card removes the monthly subscription. I have had these cameras for nearly 2 years and couldn't be happier

so far this is the best security camera I've had.. first you don't have to mess around with batteries and replacing batteries.. second seems to be good picking up the signal from the modem ... the quality of the recording is outstanding.. plus the intelligent camera capturing persons, motions and following them at they move... for homes ; really all you need two cameras one for the front yard one for the backyard..

I've had it for more than a year now and am very pleased with it. Image quality is good and it mostly stayed charged via self charging during the summer, even though it's mounted in a shaded area. I get alerts and good equality video even while I was halfway across the country. Keep the solar panel clean and you should get reliable, maintenance-free service. I would recommend.

This is a terrific outdoor security camera that has a remote-controlled movable camera and automatic tracking. It has a fixed solar panel to charge it, so it does not have to be brought in to charge or plugged in. There is a microSD slot for memory (the card is not included), or a subscription to a cloud service may be purchased. It is 2K, but very clear. There is a built-in light for security and alarm. Installation is simple and once the app is downloaded to your phone, setup is a breeze. Even night vision is very clear. Though there are many security cameras available, for the price, this is an outstanding buy.

Very good camera, clear picture and great tracking motion. A little slow but I believe it’s my internet that causes that . I bought one to test it and worked so well I thought I’d buy 4 more and suddenly Amazon said they can’t ship to my location in the Philippines. Okie dokie I’ll buy elsewhere then.

So far, 5 stars! Easy to install, straightforward instructions, connectivity was instant. I cannot complain. I've had it for only several days so I can't give a longevity report, but I plan to in the near future. What I will add, is that so far it's working great and efficient and it covers quite a bit of space. It's about a 270° pan.... gives you plenty of space to be able to look at if you have a fairly large property to pay attention to. I have a small cottage house, but a large property, so I want to be able to see as much as I can on one side and then I'll get another camera for the complete other side. I'm so satisfied and I have to say the reviews are what sold me and many of them are accurate. I also like that you don't have to have a subscription, but I added the basic just because.

It's been a while since we purchased our cameras. We needed something that could keep a watchful eye on our yard and also be able to Pan and tilt around so we could check on the vehicles and side yard. After deciding on the AOSU PT security cameras they arrived quickly and excellently packed.Setup was as straight forward as any typical wireless device with no surprises. Both devices do have a fairly clear path to view the WiFi router, so you should keep that in mind while setting up, but there is a utility in the setup routine that helps to ensure there is adequate signal to the network. The app is easy to install and also straight forward to use. It allows you to utilize one app to manage multiple devices, so that made it easy when I needed to report an issue with one of the cameras. It's spot light function had stopped working. I did some troubleshooting on my own, installed updated firmware and coincidentally the light began to function again but within a few days the light stopped again.I contacted AOSU Customer Service was assisted by Julie. She was very helpful and responsive, with me being the only bottle neck. Once I checked the things she needed checked and provided information requested a replacement camera was sent. It just arrived this afternoon right as she had indicated. I anticipate no issues getting it installed and resuming the function as our backyard night watchman!Both cameras were installed using custom mounts to allow for as much visibility as possible. If it is dark and cloudy for days on end the cameras can begin to get low on battery but are usually able to remain fully charged, even with a giant bird turd smack in the middle of the solar panel as shown in the attached picture (thank you Tweetybird).I would recommend to anyone with similar needs.

They're relatively easy to set up and install if you remember that you have to hold the camera next to the router for it to obtain signal initially. It has a wide range of view but I have to pretty much jump up and down and wave at it at times as it does not detect motion immediately. Nor does it detect motion within the wide range of view - example it shows my vehicle in the view on the app but never shows me leaving in the vehicle. It also appears to go to sleep and I have to go stand right in front of it to wake it up.. I purchased 2 of these and seriously not too impressed but as I have them up and mounted I guess I'll keep them and save up for something better. I liked that they're wireless but not sure how good that wireless range is. They did appear to pick up the hail we had the other morning as a person loitering but do not pick up a person approaching the same area. I really wanted to like these cameras but am not impressed. The customer service is responsive which is a plus. The included instructions do not state that these have to be charged with the included usb cable. That would've been a nice addition. Further to my review I am still unimpressed by the range but they do work well within range which is pretty limited. Adding 1 star for the fact that they do work within range and adding that you do have to go into the settings on the app to get the best range to suit your needs. That would also have been a nice addition to the enclosed instructions.
