This was a "dupe" for another very expensive fixture and you'd never know it wasn't the "real" one without seeing them next to each other.

Gorgeous! Worth the cost and labor. Takes a full day to assemble but they made it really easy to follow instructions. Very durable. Brightness is a matter of the bulbs you pick. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Parts are missing or broken, the leaf crystals that go on the ends of the fixture are impossible to install. Instructions for assembly are terrible - really this is too expensive a chandelier for this to be happening. We have had to macgyver a lot of it. I do not recomment. The glass bead strings are good quality as is the base fixture but it doesn't matter because it's a mess.Update: Turns out I was missing a "red bag" that contained key parts. My instructions were torn and missing half so I did not know this. Once I was able to be in touch with the seller, they sent me a pdf with the assembly instructions which revealed that I was missing the tool to install the leaf crystals. They then sent me the missing tool, some extra parts and now I have a beautiful chandelier that is all put together. I was impressed with their tenacity in solving my issues and I cannot say enough about how stunning this chandelier is. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a very high-quality piece including the detail work on the electrical wires. There are several crystal strings and leafs that come individually packaged with extreme care. They also include spare parts just in case. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. This is a time intensive project (actually a positive because you get so many crystals). One of the branches on our chandelier was a little more curved than the others, but their customer service via email was excellent and prompt. They sent me a new branch right away and helped us along the way with videos to get it installed ((amazing customer service)). This is also a great price for this item. The quality and structure of the chandelier are high end and it looks gorgeous as it sparkles in the room. We added our own crystal ball in the middle. So happy with this purchase and would recommend. We got the biggest size they had.

I love my chandelier! I had a space for a chandelier for 10 years and never found one I like until I saw this one.When I had it installed we found there were missing crystals, I emailed the customer service, they responded fast and sent me the missing ones and wallah!Thank you much!

Looks like pictures, but pictures on line make the chandelier seem bigger- so just make sure you review the actual measurementsAbsolutely love it

Great item & great price! It looks nice on my chandelier. The installation is not bad. We Love it.I need to buy another one for a different chandelier in my home. This is a Durable and Sturdy item.
