That chandelier is a conversational piece everyone that visit wants to take a picture of it when it lights up it is beautiful. I would recommend it to anyone with a large living room.

It's beautiful but no directions on how to put it together. Luckily hubby put 3 others together recently for our new wedding Venue that were similar. I contacted the company through Amazon and hopefully he will get a call. The crystals are two different sizes and no directions as to placement. I guess they expect us to wing it!!!

The first one we got was returned several times by several people (had shipping labels all over it) and it seems that every time someone got it they took something out and returned the rest. It was missing several crucial pieces and I am glad we laid everything out before attempting to install because it would have been a nightmare to rent a lift for the 20ft ceilings only to find out we don’t have key mounting pieces. Amazon sent us a new one and we returned the old one. The install was a 5 hour process because you have to mount it, and then take every single crystal out and hang it with the little hooks. We in stalled ours on a 20ft high ceiling so it required a lift which added to the install time going up and down to get each part. Aside from that, the result is wonderful and the chandelier is stunning both visually and power-wise. It lights the yard through the window about 150ft into the driveway. Overall, a great purchase and you won’t regret it. Just check that mounting pieces are all there and try to assemble the frame and make sure all the pices are there before attempting to remove previous lighting.

My chandelier came with one of the bulb, not working.
