Very easy to use, bright bulbs, offers lots of ambient lighting for your dining table at night. I love the color options and modes. I wish the modes like flash, fade, etc would work with a single color instead of cycling through all colors but it’s really pretty and easy to control. If you want a single color, it will only work on the “on” mode (no blinking or fading or other effects)

I use this light on the center pole of my 5M bell tent. It is a fantastic light and the remote is absolutely awesome. The red light is great for nighttime as it will not destroy your night vision when middle of the night forays are necessary.

Good lighting. Easy to set up. I put it in the center of my canopy to hang. It can take the wind. It will not fall easily. I love the colors. Remote was fun to do colors.

Bought one for myself first. I wanted to make sure I liked it before getting another one for a friend. I had the less expensive/basic version of an umbrella light and wasn’t happy with the amount of light it gave off. I went up a price point to this one and was very happy with it, in addition to the multiple color lights to choose from. Also it fit the umbrella pole perfectly! Worth the upgrade in price point!
I'm on the shorter side, so installing this patio umbrella right around the pole at any height I wanted was important. You can do that with this light. We use our patio table a lot during good weather for eating dinner so when it gets dark, and the house patio light isn't enough, this umbrella light is fantastic because 1) it has a remote control, 2) don't have to reach up and over the table to adjust the lighting, c) many choices of colors and brightnesses. I looked hi and lo for one to do what I wanted and this light is perfect! Very pleased!
