This light goes on a downrod, as in the pics, but the downrod doesn't have any hinge so the light follows the line of the vaulted ceiling. NOT Good! So it is slanted about the door/floor. Trying to find a down rod with a hinge that will work. Amazon can't help and the manufacturer is unavailable to discuss the problem.I spent as much having the light installed as I did buying it and now I have to pay to have it "uninstalled" from the ceiling.It s a good value if you have flat ceilings I guess.
