I love this, but I highly recommend cleaning it thoroughly. I only rinsed it before using it and after filling it and topping it off with another gallon of distilled water after a couple weeks. It’s now been about 3 or 4 weeks. I put like a cup of water of distilled water in it when I initially filled it…. I started smelling musty smell so I decided to check it to make sure it wasn’t getting gross… it was so slimey and murky….. I just washed it thoroughly and cleaned rocks and soaked them in vinegar. It is in my living room and I’m allergic to mold and mildew. so I am going to make sure to treat it with and actual water treatment to ensure there is no chance of it growing anything. Maybe it won’t be a good idea to keep it inside in terms of air quality. I am going to do more research. Whatever you do make sure you thoroughly clean it.

Works great and is an excellent addition to my therapy office.

It was easy assembly, I wish they gave you double the amt of rocks for the bottom, but it's no big deal. Really gives the room a chill vibe and hearing the water drop as it's running is very soothing. I never review anything and I took the time to take photos and a video. That tells you something. I hope the pump lasts a long time, I have the unit connected to a light switch so it would only be used once in a while.
