This chandelier is beautiful and looks way more expensive than what I paid for it! It does take some time to build it with all the crystals. I had a few of the perimeter crystals be chipped but company sent me replacements very quickly when I notified them of it. I had electrician hang it for me and then I finished putting the round crystal balls on the crystal hangers. Make sure you get your crystal hangers in the right place (longest in center, and then shorter as it expands outward). I had one in wrong place that I had to move after the fact.. Chandelier looks stunning in it's new home!

I absolutely love this chandelier. It is so pretty and it’s sturdy. I do have to say it does take time to put together but the end result is totally worth it. I worked the crystals from the inside out vs outside in on the instructions.

Very beautiful piece and assembly was fairly easy however I would recommend putting the side glass pieces on first before mounting to the wall and then the draping crystals at the endNOTE: the heavy crystal balls that drop at the end are NOT secure enough they get put on with a small metal ring and with the weight of the crystal ball that metal ring starts to open on its own so I’ll be having to redo hanging those crystal balls with a heavier/sturdy metal rings I purchase on my own thus the 3 stars b/c that’s extremely inconvenient and could have been prevented had the seller just provided stronger material and not been cheap

Build was easy. Crystals take a while to put on I had to be patient on this part. Use gloves for that part. You can cut the chain to desired length. Looks better when you add the chain.Do t forget to order your bulbs. Let’s see how long it lasts. Crystals look like it will be a little pain to clean individually. Looks great. Add a dimmer switch it’ll elevate its look.

Great price! Time consuming to attach the crystals to the fixture….could be worse with other chandeliers. I recommend using the gloves provided to avoid fingerprints on the crystals. Difficult to clean after the fixture is up.

Our chandelier arrived in a crushed box with parts of the metal frame protruding from the sides. Only tape around the edges kept things "together" and "inside" what was left of the box.Why 4 stars then? The candle cups were a little bent, but that was the only damage. And they were fairly easy to straighten with a little hand pressure. The crystals were in the center of the box, and they appeared undamaged despite their rough journey.The 31" chandelier has four frames that surround the bulbs with crystals. Each frame holds 44 crystals, which attach at the top and bottom with gold, folding metal clips. That means 88 clips need to be attached for each section. For four sections, you need to attach 352 clips for the total 176 crystals. But unlike with most chandeliers, you can set the frames on a table and comfortably attach the crystals, because the frames are set over the bulbs after the frame is completely installed.We received exactly 176 crystals--NO extras. One crystal had a 1/4" chip, but I hid it in the rear of a cage. It didn't seem worth the effort of asking for a replacement.But this light is beautiful! Despite the shipping damage, the two hours of crystal hanging, and the worst instructions I've even seen for a chandelier, it is worth the effort.

The end product is absolutely beautiful. Putting the crystals on is time consuming though but on the other hand sort of therapeutic. Just allow yourself about 2 hours or so to install them. They do make it easy though because the tray that the crystals attach to is removable so you can hang the chandelier and then sit at a table and install the crystals. Then you just have to set the tray on the brackets and you are done. Great quality, not a cheap build by any means. Very solid construction. You sort of hold your breath at the end hoping you have enough crystals to finish the light but they do give you extras. Comes packed very well. Almost no chance of light being damaged during shipping. I would highly recommend because the light is stunning!
