The lights have an on/off switch. The directions are not clear as to the use. I put them in the on position hoping this was right. They’ve been working fine and look very nice.

I bought these a year ago. They are perfect - the lighting is not an extreme bright-white color, but a warm glow that lights up my pathway. They've stood up very well. I did not take them down during the winter - they were covered with snow and ice yet they still work this spring. Very happy.

Love these lights, very bright, warm glow. But one has already stopped working after only 3 months. Could be the battery life is dead, but they are not replaceable, so you'd think they would come with a full battery. Easy to install, just hope the others don't die so soon.

Overall, I'm fairly pleased with these lights. (This is my second set, see below)First, the positives: I'm pleased with the color, the illumination, and the amount of time they stay lit thru the night (summer) gradually getting dimmer as the night progresses. The unusually long vertical "filament" illuminates the sidewalk well. They are easy to install, and the stake appears to be durable.Now the negatives: They do not stay lit all night during the winter. I believe this is due to the low sun angle, length of daylight hours, and colder temperatures. This purchase (8/25) was my second set. I received a set for Christmas also. The solar cell surface began to degrade on these after several months. I assume the material is not very resistant to the weather. What was once a clear surface solar cell is now nearly opaque. The surface can be refurbished to an extent using 400 and 600 grit wet/dry sandpaper and a final cleaning/buffing with a polishing compound. (I use mag wheel polish.) Two of the lamps have begun to stay lit (dimly) during the daylight hours. These are generally dimmer at night, or do not illuminate during the entire overnight hours. Another negative is, the batteries are not easily replaceable. They are soldered in. Other types of solar lights have batteries in sockets making battery replacement very easy.Overall, I'm pleased but will hold my final judgement for several more months and see how the degradation of the cell surface affect performance.

I have bought two sets of these lights so far, and am quite pleased with the product. Assembly and installation could not be easier.The first set I bought in April was completely trouble free, and all 8 of them still function perfectly. The second set, I bought in May because I was so impressed with the product. Some issues with this second set. Out of the box, one light would not work. I contacted the seller, and they immediately sent me not one, but two new lights. Good customer service.A few days ago, I had noticed that another light was not working at all, and two more were quite dim. I again reached out to the seller, and they immediately responded that they would send me a complete new set of 8. This is phenomenal customer service, not too often found these days.Any product can have issues, but in my experience, it is sadly rare that a seller responds with such speed and determination to make sure the customer is satisfied. And that the customer will become a repeat buyer. This seller is one of the few I have dealt with that is determined to do what’s right, and make sure the customer is pleased with his decision to buy the product. Rest assured, if I have the need for anything else, this seller is the one I will go to.

The lights look good but the started failing after 3 months. Now, 5 months after purchasing them, 4 out of 8 lights don't turn on. I live in San Diego and this was during summer, mild temperatures and no rain, very disappointing. No way to contact the seller through amazon and I did not find any webpage.Update [10/11/22]: Seller contacted me and replaced the lights. I upgraded the review to 5 starts due to good customer service and understanding this might have been a defective set of lights. The lights are good and as advertised, if they don't fail early. I will update again if I have the same issue.

These lights are sturdy, bright and because of their warm white glow look really great.I bought these lights once before. All lights arrived in good working order. I liked them so much I bought a second set. This time 3 of the 8 lights were not working. I contacted the seller. Mr or Ms. P took care of the problem. They sent me 4 additional lights with in 2 days. Great customer service. Yesterday I purchased my third set. Not my landscape lighting is complete. These are beautiful warm white lights. Not the harsh bright white light as in other lights. Might buy a forth set.....!!!REVISED REVIEW JUNE 7 2022The Customer Service is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!
