Modern, sufficiently large that the light output is pretty bright. The interior flange/baffle has a reflective gun-metal like finish that makes it look even more modern and adds to the brightness. The white plastic diffuser is solid and prevents excessive glare. Perfect for use in small areas such as a kitchen/wet bar sink or foyer/mudroom. Easy installation to standard ceiling junction boxes. This is a high quality and well designed hallway light (or spotlights with multiple). The light fixture has a nice finish and the inner part is a black chrome. Installation was very straightforward and simple and the light produces copious amounts of illumination. It cannot be angled so it spreads out in a V formation from the fixture. The current price of $50 per light is a bit high in my opinion, but it is a good quality product.

These are interesting, and thankfully, the installation was standard, but we're in a newly built home and had the ease of taking down a flush mount ceiling light that we didn't care for to simply replace with this light, so it was not difficult on our end. It has options for different light types which is a plus. I feel like the price for 1 is a little on the high side for something that looks quite simple. I’ve bought fancier lights that cost less. With that said, it does have a quality feel to it, and I’m hoping it will last us a long time here, because we like the modern look and bright light that this offers us, over the book case (our home library) where you need good lighting when reading book titles.
