I'm glad I read the description carefully because I prefer this next-to-most-recent model over the newer version because it handles an hundred watt dimable bulb whereas the newer one only 60w. And it's 3-mode functionality is a satisfying upgrade from a common porch light; while a 4th mode on the newer model is a poor tradeoff for its lesser wattage capability. And what even halfway handy man doesn't yearn for some outside outlets?--and with GFI safety circuitry as well!

Wow, has this thing made a difference. The sensor works extremely well; it lights up when a person or object approaches within a 30 foot radius. Although I had purchased pathway lights previously to prevent unnecessary visits to the ground, I almost feel like they are no longer necessary except in the purely decorative sense. It was easy to install, and my brother-in-law loves the fact that it has a built-in outlet so that wired power tools can be used more easily outside.

These are okay lights. They do not have any adjustments for the sensor. They look good and they do pick up motion well. I have some fans plugged in to the outlet of one unit and as I select the speed of the fan these lights do flicker/change brightness for a second.

My friend bought some of these and had them installed when I went over. I liked the look so much (and the functionality) that I ordered a pair that evening. Got them installed today and they really look sharp. One replaced a broken lamp, the other a working one, but now I have lamps that match and seem to be high quality. I like the dual settings for the evening and motion detection. They are a good size and easy to replace the bulbs. The outlets are hidden but easy to get to to use. Overall a very nice wall light.Update: the one I put at my driveway is still working great but the one on my back porch stays on hill brightness all the time. Even in direct sunlight. 100% brightness all the time. Guess I will be looking for a new one somewhere else…
