Farmhouse Wood Pendant Light

Received only 3 screws the correct length for installing the metal support that wraps the center of the wood. The little screw packet had 3 screws and 9 cap nuts...I'm going to be stuck running around searching for these odd size screws, or something to replace it with. After 15 years as a residential electrician, these problems destroy the profitability of a job.

Beautiful light fixture but MUCH LARGER than I had expected. Very bright. Suggest it be installed with a dimmer switch.
