This light is amazing and looks exactly like a higher end one. Glass bulbs are well made and beautiful designed. But even more impressive is the customer service. Hands down the best sellers. They have been quick to respond to my questions and quickly fixing any issues that arose with bulbs being broken (which will happen in transit) to adding more chain length because I have a two story living room area. I cannot say enough good things about this chandelier AND seller. To start, I bought the 24 inch and for sizing reference, you're seeing it in a 12x12 room and the table is about 72 inches long. We're remodeling the dining room and the entire project was built around this chandelier because I loved it so much. I was ecstatic to find it at this price on Amazon!The chandelier:It's absolutely beautiful and one of the most complimented aspects of our home. Several friends have asked for the direct link to purchase it for themselves. The glass bulbs are true glass, and while they're fragile, they're not so fragile that they'll shatter at a simple touch. The item was also packaged extremely well. I attached a photo of the hanger... I read in past reviews that they didn't feel the clips were secure enough. They must have changed the design because the ones I received are fully closed. Note that when putting the clips on, it will scratch the base and gold paint will come off. I'm very particular and I can confidently tell you that you will not see those imperfections once all the bulbs are on. I followed another reviewers advice on here and started at the bottom, alternating the big and small bulbs. I think that method is the best and easiest way to fill in the chandelier while giving it good dimension. It took about an hour and a half for us to unwrap all the pieces, swap it out with our previous light, and attach all the bulbs. My fiancé did have a hard time threading the base of the light to the ceiling but after a few attempts, it lined up.The seller:I have to give them a shout out because I am incredibly pleased with the seller! After I had it finished installing all of the bulbs, I noticed that there were a few spaces that I wanted to fill in more. I reached out to them and they sent me a few extra bulbs free of charge! Note that a paper will come in the package says to contact them via WhatsApp. That method didn't work for me, but when I contacted them through Amazon, they were extremely responsive. After they sent me the new bulbs, I was clumsy and accidentally dropped two of them. I then found out that you can purchase packs of replacement bulbs, which was awesome in my situation and also good to know for the future.

This is an absolutely gorgeous fixture at less than half the cost of other sources! The glass balls are a nice weight and beautiful swirled glass. All the globes were packed individually and we used every ball. The fixture itself was easy to install but placing the balls takes some patience. It took about 3 hours to get them placed correctly as the clips that hook them to the light are difficult to attach because they are so tight. This would be my only complaint. Make the hooks easier to attach to the rings. Start from the bottom and work up using a mix of large and small balls. We are very pleased with the fixture!

This light is absolutely stunning! Looks so high end and transformed my room. Customer service was incredible and was very responsive to a send a longer chain and extra light bulbs for a fuller look. Highly recommend!

Jaw dropping, stunning! Wow! I love this light. Our electrician did the installation. It did take some time, but the instructions were clear. We had a broken glass ball, but the customer service was fantastic and sent us a whole new set. The balls are very fragile, but the entire fixture seems durable and well made. We are using this light in our entrance way and it really brightens the area and is extremely functional. We installed a dimming feature and it is perfect!

Ok... full disclosure... I had a couple of issues. The frame was a little bent but I knew the glass globes would cover it so it was really not significant issue. 8 globes arrived broken and when I notified the company, they immediately agreed to send me replacements... which they did. Next, there were 2 screws that were missing. I asked for replacements and they are now on the way now. In the meantime, my handyman said he could find a way to install. He installed the fixture frame basket and lights. I personally installed all the bazillion glass balls. There are no directions on how to install but here is how I did it and it worked out perfectly. There are 2 wire pieces that had to be installed with each ball. I installed the first wire piece that is similar to what is put into a Christmas ball. Then I connected the next wire that has eventually has to be crimped on both ends... with the needle nose pliers supplied. I only crimped one side as the other end has to be connected to the wire basket. I prepped all the balls with both wires, then took 8-10 balls at a time up the ladder in a plastic bowl and connected the remaining wire of each to the wire basket. I started at the bottom and put 5 balls (alternating small and large balls) on the bottom wire including one in the middle bottom. I then crimped the remaining wire (alternated TWO balls per wire section) until I reached the top of the basket. They say they give you 5 extra balls in case some are broken... but I used every single ball. I didn't break one. Slow and Steady. I also used the gloves that were supplied so I didn't put finger prints on the glass. I ended up swapping out the yellow toned light bulbs for a more white bulb. Lastly, I put a dimmer on this fixture. This quality fixture is GORGEOUS!!!! I have zero regrets and would buy again.

A little difficult to assemble but it looks so great once done. Be very careful the glass is very delicate.
