This was easy to install. Thin, nice looking. Works great even with dimmer!Color change is simple after you try a couple times. Just turn off and right back on, color is different! Normal cycle where light is off for a while before turning it on leaves color as it was. Colors are useful and pleasant.Get a dimmer switch. So nice!

These are great because you don't have to center them on the electrical box - you have some room to adjust them to best fit the room you are working on. My electrical boxes were poorly placed and had I used a light that had to be centered, I would have covered part of a vent and part of a fresh air exchange.

Bought these to install in my new garage, I wanted a low profile LED light that was bright. These fit the bill and after installing them I bought another 6 to do the other bay of the garage. These fit only negative was they have multiple ways to mount but I was using the 4 holes to screw them directly to the ceiling and if you weren’t careful the screws would pull through the holes. Also the ground wire is connectedness to the middle of light and the other power wires come out on one end, I had to move the ground wire to a screw near the other wires to be able to connect to my junction box wiring.

Great easy to do!!! Just be careful with the thin metal when using power tools. Not taken a star for metal, it’s lite and that’s a perk! I would use wood screws if you have the soft board ceiling with hardwood on attic side. They you can you by those black sticky dots to cover screw heads. Drill slow if you going into wood, otherwise you will push through the thin metal hole. Even those of use using drill daily have to back off before the metal and that ain’t always easy. Wires wire long enough to mount light however you wanted. The ground wire could have been little longer. This light by far was worth the money and effort! Easy upgrade I have done in six months!

Toggle bolts just spin. Some work and some actually came apart in the drywall only to be gone forever. I’m just going to use another anchor instead of these. Super frustrating. Another issue is they made the hole right on the edge of the fixture so when it’s all installed there is a good chance you can partially see the hole in the drywall where the bolt is. In their install video you can see it a little when it’s done. When I install the rest I will go in at a slight angle and use the plastic screw in type anchors.

These were recommended by my handyman/contractor because he has something similar he installed in his own home. He installed them with a dimmer/color control switch which he provided (doesn't come with the lights). Definitely recommend getting and installing a dimmer/color switch. These LED lights are BRIGHT white. Being able to change to a warmer color and/or dim them makes all the difference. I bought my house over a decade ago and had two sets of the old 90s tube bulb lights in my kitchen...the ballast finally went out and it was time for new lights. These look so much nicer. They're VERY thin and light, and don't protrude from the ceiling like the bulb types did. This is a nice little lighting upgrade for my kitchen that didn't break the bank. Bonus: no more buying replacement bulbs. There's a 10 year extended warranty with these that you need to activate. QR code on card in the box.

These lights provide very good brightness in the rooms we used them in. The colors can be changed by turning on and off the light within 8 seconds. Both were used in bigger closets, and on a motion switch, which will help keep it from changing colors easily. I can't speak for their longevity as I haven't had them for very long.The construction of the frame is cheaper, but you can't tell when they are installed. They have a more modern look as compared to old fluorescent lights and are pretty thin. The mounting process isn't the best. Four holes hold the light fixture in place, and the holes are at the very sides of the fixture, so if you're not careful, you can have a slightly visible hole coming out from behind the light fixture. If the alignment of the light fixture puts 2 of the holes over ceiling joists, then the wood screw threads aren't long enough to get a very good pull, and you can risk stripping the screw hole out. I ended up having to use my own screws to hold the light fixture in place. I can't necessarily compare these to other lights in the same price range, but getting 2 for the price of 1 lithonia from Lowe's, it was probably worth it if it lasts for years.
