All of the guts have to be replaced. But it is still worth it. I used a shark bite spigot.

Nice design that adds flair to your outdoor space. It comes with a polished brass hose bib that I chose to replace with something more durable and functional but the installation was quick and easy.I chose to mount it on a large stepping stone that I drilled for the waterline to pass through and then bolted it to the stone base. It is very sturdy and looks great.

Good packaging and overall quality of cast iron. Plumbing fitting are low quality so I replaced bib to one with a PEX fitting. Plenty of room for PEX and insulation to prevent freezing.An expensive option but there are few out there on the shelf ready for use.
