I was not sure if the quality when we ordered the product, however it arrived on time, was very well and safely packaged. Also it is exactly as shown in the pictures. The gold color is high quality and so is the glass of the globes. It was little tricky to install it but not because the assembling was complicated but our ceilings are exceptionally high which made it difficult to install the lamps. Through customer support I contacted the merchant and asked if they could send some parts. They responded within few hours and shipped the parts. I’m glad that I found this merchant and ordered from them. Later I ordered 3 more pendant lamps for other rooms in my home. Highly recommend the vendor.

Beautiful light fixture that gave my dining room a much-needed modern vibe. In terms of installation, my husband is a handy guy, so he had no problem putting it up. I would say it took him around 45 minutes. I did have a mini freak out because two of the globes arrived broken. However, I emailed the customer service dept (who was extremely communicative) and had the replacements within two days. I would not hesitate to order from KCO again. Nice products at a very reasonable price.
