I bought this lantern for use around the house, particularly for power outages and working in areas such as crawl spaces and the basement. I've found it to be very useful in all of those situations.The light is genuinely bright, and the 800-lumen rating seems accurate based on my experience. The different lighting modes are very useful, and the spotlight/flashlight function works exceptionally well. Battery life has also been better than I expected, and it recharges in about an hour.The one design issue I have is with the handle. Because the handle is open at the end, the lantern can slip out of your hand. This happened to me while I was looking down a hole in my basement, so I think the handle could be designed better for a more secure grip.Other than the handle design, the lantern has very good build quality. I've had it since November 2025, and it remains in excellent condition. I haven't tested it outdoors or in rain, so I can't comment on its weather resistance.I have been happy enough with it that I've actually purchased a couple of them.I would buy it again. It is bright, versatile, has excellent battery life, and the different lighting functions make it useful for much more than just power outages.

These camping lanterns are a great buy. I purchased one for myself, loved it so much I got another one for me and one for my daughter. It’s a plus that they also will charge your devices when electricity is out. Powerful light, rechargeable, power source, easy to use. What’s not to love?!

Bright and lightweight!! This is a great product. Perfect for walking my dogs in the dark. Easy to carry with a strap for neck! I use it everyday and it holds a charge for several days. Has a easy to charge cord as well as blue lights that show you level of charge. Highly recommend

I got this lantern for emergency purposes & camping. It's really nice. I love that you can use it different ways. And I love that it's rechargeable. Sometimes it's hard to find batteries for the old ones. I would recommend this lantern.
