Kind of a bear to install as 1 of the spools wouldn't tighten and had to be modified, other than that beautiful piece and gets loads of compliments!!

Initially the remote included did not work. Seller sent me a new remote along with an additional remote for LampSmart. We absolutely ove the light it fits with our utra contemporary decor and looks very expensive. We had an electrician install because we have a very high ceiling but he said it was very easy to install. We are very happy with the light fixture and the follow up service i received to correct the initial problem with the remote. We would definitely buy from this vendor again and would highly recommend this seller to others. Five stars for the product and the service.
