Good, when finally installed. Remote works well in all respects. It was very difficult to install, with parts needing to be reshaped to [pictured positions] and flexible diffusers needing to be set into their slots. When all was done, it looked and worked satisfactorily, as advertised. Thanks.

I would rate the appearance of this light a solid 6.5 out of 10. But, the light fixture this replaced was 20 years old and a -2 out of 10. So overall I am happy with how it looks installed. The strands of lights don’t really hang down the way they appear in the images, as they’re more or less just flat curves. I tried pulling them down a bit, but I fear breaking them. And even if you do pull them down a bit, they kind of spring back to the ceiling more or less. It’s quite bright and has a number of modes, but to me the only one that looks nice is the bright white (just preference).That being said, I am a bit mind boggled that there are absolutely no assembly instructions. Like none. Zero. I am a fairly handy person and have installed a number of lights in my lifetime, so it was not a huge issue for me. But, I imagine many may have serious frustrations with this. And, beyond being annoying, it seems like a potential liability for the manufacturer if dummies end up messing it up, breaking it, or worst of all installing it dangerously in some way. But, I digress.There is an instruction document for the remote… but if you read it, it basically reads like instructions for a generic remote and does not explain the functions well at all. The MOST annoying part is that if you turn it off from the switch, and then turn it back on it always reverts to the yellow light mode. I don’t want to see the yellow lights. And, would love to ‘train’ it to only show the white. But, alas this doesn’t seem possible based on my tinkering thus far.Overall, I probably won’t be returning it. But, also probably would not buy again.

the light is smaller than i thought, but cute nonetheless. I like that it has modes so I can change it by what mood I want. and instructions were clear on how to install it, and it came with everything I needed. I recommend!

It’s super convenient. Love the different lighting modes and how bright it is. It’s a perfect size for my nyc room. The light has a nice modern look to it. It’s worth the money I spent.

At firts we were a bit hesitant with this lamp, and then we found out that the lamp was switching colors as you turn iy off/on. This in fact is not a design flaw, it's a feature for you to be able to control the light color from your switch. If you turn it off/on with few seconds of interval the lamp keeps the last color you had selected, making the switching only when you perform the operation super fast. We had it for 2 months now and we love it!
