I had one of these for several years and it worked fine until I dropped the remote, so I ordered it again as a replacement. The remote did not work, so I returned it and ordered a replacement only for the same thing to happen. I was about to return it again when I finally saw a review that mentioned the super hard to see plastic on the included battery. They should note that in the directions!

Works great-but be sure and remove the plastic from the remote battery. It can be missed-and I thought I had a dead battery.
