Overall these lights are decent. They are bright enough when fully charged, the sensor turns the light on relatively quickly, and the stay on long enough for most uses. In my pantry and mop closet they work perfectly. I placed some under my cabinets, however, and their weaknesses really show. The battery doesn't last long in high traffic areas (Just a few days per charge for me). They also turn off and on constantly. I will be cooking in proximity to the light, and it will turn off wait a few seconds then turn back on.

I could not obtain my previous purchase do I chose these lights. Great decision they charge very fast and are so much mire intuitive re. setup for cabinet use. Also brighter. Highly recommended to light cabinets where light is needed!

My older little cottage does not have any under counter lighting. To make that happen would cost a great deal of money. So when I spotted these lights, I decided I would give it a try. I have them beneath my kitchen cabinets. I have them in a bathroom that has no windows in my upstairs and I have one in my pantry so that I don’t necessarily have to turn the light on just to take out the peanut butter or whatever thing I happen to need quickly. And I am delighted. They’re wonderfully bright. They mount so easily. They don’t take up a lot of space and look all bulky. It’s very easy to plug them in and charge them up which to me makes them so worth it just being able to charge it easily and they last a good long time between charges. But more than my pleasure – my husband keeps telling me I didn’t think I’d like it but this is a good pick on your part. He loves being able to just open the pantry door and get what he needs without trying to stick his hand through shelving to find the light switch. He likes the little extra light at the kitchen counters because they come on automatically with the sensor. I thought the pricing was great. I keep thinking where I can put more. But the house is small so I really don’t need more. But when they give up the ghost– you can bet I’m gonna buy more. I’ve been using these for months and I am so please

These things are great! They hold a charge for a long time; we installed two of them inside a pantry door months ago and they still haven’t needed a charge. Plus they are magnetic on the back, easy to mount on metal doors, shelves, etc. On top of that, they can operate while the USB is plugged in meaning they can be placed near an outlet and never need to be charged. The light is bright. It turns on with a slight fade-in, preferable to sudden light. After about 20 seconds with no motion detected, it fades out slower. There are three power settings, off, on and auto (motion sensor). Highly recommended!

I ordered these motion-sensor rechargeable light strips 39 days ago, and so far, they have performed excellently.When they arrived, they were a bit smaller than I expected, at about 9" in length, but that hat not turned out to be a problem.I installed them on bookshelves that are in a not-well-lit area, but where I needed to do things on those shelves at least once a day, sometimes 3, or 4, or even more times in a day. I stuck two to the "roof" of the top shelf, two to the second shelf and one to the third shelf, keeping light #6 as a ready-to-go and charged-up spare.Affter some initial challenges figuring out how their switches worked, I figured out that for the 3-positioni switch, all the way one way was totally off, all the way the other way was sensor mode, and the middle position is always-on. Since I only use the two positions off and sensor, this is now easy to remember.The reason I'm writing this review now is that after about a month of the kind of usage described above, all 5 in-use lights have run out of battery and I've now had to recharge them. #5 is on the charger now, and the other 4 are going strong.These lights do exactly what I want, lighting the shelves with adequate but not-too-bright light, and I believe that charging them about once a month is not too much of a hassle.I need a larger and brighter motion sensor light inside our coat closet, so I won't buy these again for that, but for bookshelf lighting, they work very well.They are exactly what I wanted, at a good value for the price.

I got these to use for kitchen countertop lighting, and also for the inside of my bedroom closets where the lighting is poor & blocked by sliding doors.These work very well for the inside of closets! They mount very easily on magnets w/ a pre-provided set of adhesives on metallic plates where the lights are seated. I didn't know that when I bought them but this was a nice surprise. I was a little worried about getting a power cord to my closets to recharge them, but they just detach from the magnetic plates to be charged, and then the pop right back on. Super simple!Cons: The motion sensors can be a little sensitive. In my case, when the room light is too little (not pitch black but no "main" lights on like in my bedroom closets with no real light in the room, it can be a little tricky to get them to turn on, and they usually at least need a little bit of light into the closet for the motion detectors to pick up any actual motion. And in the case of the kitchen lights, they turn on a little too easily (especially in the corner where the areas being lighted are close enough that light #1 will turn on light #2 and vice-versa) which wears the battery down.Pros: Work very well for on-demand lighting. Very easy to install. Provide a surprisingly great deal of light. They also have a switch to control power settings (off, on, and motion auto-detect).My only real complaint is that even with the auto-detect on, areas where they are frequently turned on (kitchen countertop lighting, in my case) the battery charge lasts about a week. I have 3 lights there so I "rotate" which light is on auto-detect and that works well.All in all I'd recommend but would like to see a longer battery life.

I love the lights however, I don't use them very often and I have had to charge them more frequently than what it said. I have only had them I think 2 weeks if that long so I don't know how long they will last. But I put all of them above a kitchen cabinet and countertop that I slid into a closet in my kitchen and I love that when I walk over to that counter to work, it lights up and when I walk away the lights go off. I've also taken them off when I've had to turn the power off to work on other projects that are ongoing in my home. We are doing some major renovations. These things will stick to anything metal and provide light. I love them and I live in Florida and we lose power during Hurricane season a lot and I look forward to next hurricane season having these in my hurricane supplies as well. I would definitely buy again but they do need to be charged more frequently than stated. It's no big deal I just take it down and plug it into a c-type charger. They charge pretty quickly.
