As I said in the title, this is a beautiful sconce and it's very unique. It looks like a raindrop. The glass is shaped, I can envision it being hand made with the glassblower allowing gravity to pull it down while it was melted and then allowed to cool in that shape. It probably wasn't made like that but I've watched glassblowers and I'm fascinated by the process. The bottom of the "drip" is very thick glass and this thing is very heavy for a single sconce so keep that in mind and make sure you have a place to install that can support the weight.It uses what they call an E12 bulb which is not the typical size but they provide one and I'm sure Amazon carries replacements for that size. Personally I like to get smart bulbs so I can use voice control but I think my router has a limit and I've hit it. Also keep in mind that this is for a single sconce so you'll need to get two if you want to put one on either side of something to frame it. It isn't cheap so that could add up but it is very beautiful. Husband also said it was easy to install and not any more complicated than any other light he has installed.

Gold is a bit more "aged" rather than warm and reflective. Beautiful nonetheless.

I really wasn't sure why this would be priced so extremely high, but after receiving the product I realized what incredibly good quality these are- they're like a work of art. The glass shade is like five pounds alone, literally, and is this super thick large glass shade. The gold is more of an antique bronze color, which is totally in style wise. Installation is quick as it just needs the base wirenutted and the shade/bulb installed. Again, this is a large sconce and totally a show stopper if you were to put these in a bathroom or on each side of a fireplace. One thing I did not like though is that it only takes one E12 base bulb, so it gives off a soft ambiance but is not a good source of light. This is artwork, and artwork costs a pretty penny, so value wise you won't regret this purchase.
