I order 5 packs of these lights (10 total lanterns) and only received the installation bolts for 2 lanterns. I also cracked one of the glass panes when tightening the screw and would like to purchase a replacement and possibly a couple more because the glass is thin and I'm installing these on columns under large trees. I'm sure at some point a limb will break one. Haven't had much luck with regular customer service getting these parts, and I don't want to return them as they are already put together waiting for installation.Other than that, they are nice lamps and I love the fleur de lis design because I'm from south Louisiana and it's a thing. They are a nice size for the column, not overpowering or too small. I'm building a courtyard around the front of my house and didn't want massive or very bright lights. Because they are not yet installed, I just hope they all work. Just be careful when installing the glass pane!So if the vendor is reading this, please ship the missing installation bolts and hopefully let me know about the glass pane. I couldn't find a way to connect to you directly.

These lights are perfect. They’re beautiful, and very well-made. I’m very happy with the quality. They light up my entrance just the way I wanted them to.

These lamps are actually quite, quite beautiful, and very sturdy. They do require assembly, but it's pretty straight forward and everything locks together extremely tightly and very securely. A small screwdriver is included.We got them to add to our backyard deck to keep it well lit at night. We first ordered (4) for along the back of the deck, and liked them so much we ordered (2) more to wrap around the corners of the deck as well.There was only one problem, which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. The lamps came with bolts that had heads too small to secure the (4) corners of the lamp base to the post. Fortunately, we were able to find bolts online that had matching antique bronze heads broad enough in diameter to lock down the lamps using the nearly 1/2 inch holes on the base corners.The manufacturer was very responsive and offered us a credit in the amount equal to the cost of the bolts.Everyone who has seen them has complimented on how attractive they are. Very pleased.

This is the most beautiful outdoor light. Easy install, reasonable price , our neighbors give a lot of compliments.....love it😀😀😀
