I was expecting it to be a little bit bigger, but it’s nice and birds love it. Purchased it back in July 16, 2026. today is August 21, 2026 so far no problems.

We are very pleased with this fountain. It was pretty easy to set up and wasn't too heavy for two 80 year olds to handle. It is easy to clean. The two pieces are slightly different in color, but not so much that it is readily noticeable. I am concerned that it will chip. It would be more attractive with a light where the water comes out. I am anxious to bring it inside and use it this winter when it is too cold to leave it outside. It will look very nice in my home and the sound of the gurgling water will be very pleasant.

Easy to assemble and very beautiful. Mine had a leak so I reached out to the seller on z Monday. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I told them I just wanted the part that was bad. By Thursday, there was a brand new total replacement. I haven't seen customer service this great since chewy.com. I can't wait to get my beautiful, new fountain up this weekend. I am very happy with this purchase.

Fountain looks beautiful, but more importantly was the customer service. Motor broke after a month. I messaged the company on Sunday, new motor arrived in the mail four days later.

It’s very pretty. The pump works great to keep the water circulating and cool. Put it on a two stone to keep it on a level ground. I look forward to watching the birds get a drink and have a bath this summer

The design is very cute and functional. Water flows nicely and makes a good waterfall noise that's not too loud or soft when sitting nearby. The base also seems sturdy to keep on a flat surface. The cord to plug it in is rather short and required an outdoor extension cable + cover to use safely.It is rather short but I expected that based on the dimensions listed. It is easy to assemble and I saw no imperfections or chips in it. Directions were straight forward and easy to follow with just a couple pieces to it. The most difficult part was leaving enough slack in the pump cord so it can rest on the bottom of the basin. The top portion sits inside the bottom basin with nothing to hold it, meaning you must be careful if picking it up. It is not heavy but it isn't light either. Two hands and a firm grip on the bottom basin are needed to move it safely.The pump sits inside the top portion and there must be enough water inside the bottom for it to work. I've have a lot of water evaporate and it still was trying to pump a trickle of water. I am unsure if it will shut off automatically if the pump is dry which is a concern.I feel it's a little expensive for the price vs size, however I found no major downsides worth knocking a star off. No regrets at all with the purchase so far.
