Love it. Its at my front porch. Its pretty and modern. I love that it's motion doctor. I had lights in my yard but the maintenance crew at my condo were always breaking those lights that go in yard on a steak in the ground. This is perfect. Nothing for birds or others to build a nest in....Great brightness. It has a sensitiveness levels. It works perfect. Easy to install.

Review:I purchased this CALOKES Motion Sensor Outdoor Flush Mount Ceiling Light because my tenants left the porch light on 24/7. To say the least, this motion sensor light solved the issue. The light ONLY turns on in low light settings (at night) and is very easy to install for any DIYer. After using it for about 2 months, I can say that it provides great lighting and the motion sensor functions properly (and you can buy light bulbs that change the temperature so you can have different warm or cool lighting). In addition, the light looks great! This is a nice outdoor light fixture. I mounted it on our front porch by the front door. The motion detection is sensitive enough to pick up people as they walk up to the door, but not sensitive enough to turn on when people walk in front of the house. The antiqued glass gives a nice glow to the light produced.It came with all the mounting hardware needed so it fit together perfectly. Be careful though, since it was made overseas, the hardware is metric, not US standard. If you lose any of the mounting hardware, you will have to go to the metric section of your hardware store to replace it.Overall, this is a nice lamp for an inexpensive price. It has a classic look with modern conveniences.

I needed an outside overhead lamp with a motion sensor at my front door. This one seems to do the job. Will see how the sensor works when it's dark out. As for the installation, the only thing I would suggest, would be some kind of hook to keep the unit up while completing the wiring. Kind of awkward this flush to the ceiling.

First, it's well made, sturdy. Second, easily installed. You can leave the light on all the time, and it only comes on at night and when it detects motion. It is adjustable for both light intensity and time. It is better than anticipated and looks spectacular. The motion sensor in the center of the light may not be sealed enough to keep out spiders and might need to be cleaned periodically, but that was not a deal breaker for us. The sensor sits perfectly in the center of the bottom glass with a rim around it, but again it isn't super tight. We may not have gotten as good a seal as possible. Most probably operator error. Everything else about the light is fabulous. Our other light was plastic, and it rotted in the eastern sun. This is metal and we will have no problems.
